This Privacy Policy describes how Skyware LLC, a Utah limited liability company, doing business as RIGSITE ("RIGSITE," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the RIGSITE website, customer portal, and related subscription services (collectively, the "Services"), available at rigsite.skyware.dev.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Billing information: subscription tier and payment details. Card numbers are processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

c. Information from third parties.
- Publicly available business data (for example, business name, phone, category, and website status sourced from public business listings) that we use to build and personalize your website and online-presence deliverables.
- Information from service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, payment, hosting, email, and SMS delivery providers).
d. Lead/inquiry data on your behalf.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, host, maintain, and update your subscription website and online-presence deliverables;
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- Process payments and manage your subscription;
- Send you service and transactional communications (including, where you have opted in, SMS alerts — see Section 4);
- Forward new-lead alerts, appointment notifications, and report notices to you;
- Respond to support requests;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share consumer mobile opt-in data. See Section 4.
4. SMS / Mobile Messaging
This section governs the RIGSITE text-messaging (SMS) program. SMS is strictly optional and opt-in; our service is email-first.
Program description. If you opt in, RIGSITE sends transactional and service text messages related to your account, including: new-lead alerts, appointment confirmations and reminders, and monthly report notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts through this program.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to provide consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing or using any RIGSITE product or service.
How you opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form (published at rigsite.skyware.dev), by enabling SMS alerts in your customer portal, or by texting a start keyword to our number. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity (for example, how many leads, appointments, or reports are generated).
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RIGSITE does not charge you for the messages, but your carrier may.
How to opt out (STOP). You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by disabling SMS in your portal or by emailing [email protected].
How to get help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected], for assistance.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data — carrier-required disclosure.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
In plain terms: we will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile number or your SMS opt-in/consent data to any third party for that party's own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages and operate the Services (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only as necessary to provide the Services to you.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences and login session, secure the Services, and understand how the Services are used.
- Essential cookies are required for the Services to function (for example, authentication/session).
- Analytics may be used to measure usage and improve the Services. Where analytics are used, they help us understand aggregate traffic and performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function. We do not use cookies to share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers / subprocessors who perform services on our behalf — for example, payment processing (Stripe), website/application hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery — under obligations to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.
- With you / on your behalf — for example, forwarding lead and inquiry data from your hosted website to you.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RIGSITE, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in/consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes (see Section 4).
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained as needed to evidence compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and use of reputable infrastructure and payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of certain processing.
- All users: You may update your account information in the portal, opt out of SMS at any time (Section 4), and contact us at [email protected] with privacy requests.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- Other state privacy laws / GDPR: If you are protected by another U.S. state privacy law or by the EU/UK GDPR, you may have similar rights. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy at rigsite.skyware.dev/privacy. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
